3. Construction Methods
1. Substrate Preparation
Grinding: Use dust-free grinder to remove concrete slurry and oil, expose hard substrate;
Repair: Fill cracks and holes;
Cleaning: Remove dust with industrial vacuum cleaner, ensure substrate is dry (moisture content ≤8%) and flat (flatness ≤2mm/2m).
2. Seal Primer Construction
Application Method: Ready-to-use. Apply directly without mixing or dilution.
Construction: Roller coating or troweling, dosage: 0.125 kg/m²;
Requirement: Fully seal substrate pores, enhance adhesion, drying time (25°C) about 6h.
3. Top Coat Construction
Application Method: Ready-to-use. Apply directly without mixing or dilution.
Construction: Roller coating or troweling, dosage: 0.125 kg/m²;
Requirement: Fully seal substrate pores, enhance adhesion, drying time (25°C) about 6h.
4. Notes
Construction Environment: Temperature ≥5°C, humidity ≤85%; curing is slow below 5°C;
Material Mixing: Prepare on-site, stir evenly, use up within pot life (avoid gel waste);
Safety Protection: Wear gloves, masks and goggles during construction, keep good ventilation;
Substrate Requirements: Ensure moisture content ≤8% and flatness up to standard, otherwise delamination and bubbles may occur;
Maintenance Management: Forbid walking before curing, put into use after full curing;
Storage Taboos: Avoid contact with water, strictly prohibit mixing impurities.
5. Storage & Transportation
Storage: Store in cool and dry place (5-35°C), sealed;
Shelf Life: 12 months (unopened);
Transportation: Non-dangerous goods transport, avoid exposure to sun and rain.
Safety Statement: This product is a chemical, avoid contact with skin/eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention; keep away from fire sources, dispose of waste according to local regulations.
Remarks: This TDS data is based on laboratory tests, actual construction should be adjusted according to on-site conditions. For more details, please consult technical support.
