3. Construction Methods
Primer application
Apply one coat of milky-white sealing primer by roller. It is used for substrate sealing, alkali resistance, and improving adhesion. After application, allow natural curing for approximately 6 hours until fully dry before proceeding to the next step.
Stone-textured finish layer application
Mix the colored stone material with clean water at a ratio of 4:1 (stone material : water) and stir thoroughly until uniform. Apply by troweling to form a decorative layer on the wall surface. The standard application is one coat to achieve the finished effect. After application, allow curing for approximately 10 hours until completely dry.
Topcoat application
After the stone-textured layer is fully dry, apply one coat of nano topcoat by roller. For areas with higher requirements for waterproofing, stain resistance, and washability—such as kitchens, bathrooms, and planter boxes—it is recommended to apply two coats of topcoat to enhance protective performance. The coating will fully function in waterproofing, anti-staining, and scrub resistance only after complete curing.
4. Notes
- The standard system consists of a three-layer structure: primer + stone-textured coating + topcoat. The stone layer is designed as a one-coat system; however, even application must be ensured according to substrate conditions.
- The mixing ratio (stone material : water = 4:1) is a reference standard and may be adjusted slightly within a reasonable range depending on construction conditions and troweling feel, but excessive dilution is not allowed.
- Do not add water to the topcoat under any circumstances, as this will affect film formation, waterproofing performance, and scrub resistance.
- Substrate flatness directly affects material consumption and application quality. Rough or uneven substrates must be leveled in advance.
- After application of the stone-textured layer, sanding or reworking is not recommended. It should be applied in one continuous operation by professional workers to ensure texture consistency.
- For non-white substrates (such as colored paint or dark bases), a white sealing primer must be applied first to ensure stable final color performance.
- For outdoor applications, the full system (primer + stone layer + topcoat) must be used, and the substrate must be leveled using exterior putty or anti-crack mortar beforehand.
5. Storage & Transportation
- Store different types of products separately to avoid mixing and extrusion.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and rain, and store in a well-ventilated and dry place.
- Storage temperature: 5°C–40°C.
- Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production under normal storage conditions.
- Remarks: This TDS data is based on laboratory tests, actual construction should be adjusted according to on-site conditions.
